It's never too late to support Carolina Day School.

Carolina Day School’s Technicolor Gala event may be over, but a pledge or gift in support of educational excellence can be made any time. No matter the gift size, your participation will make an impact for our school.

RAISE THE PADDLE!

All Raise the Paddle donations are fully tax deductible to the extent provided by law, and will be recognized in the 2025-26 Annual Report.

How your support makes a difference

The Technicolor Gala is more than an auction; it is a commitment to the people and programs that make our school exceptional. Your bids and donations tonight—and throughout the year—directly fund:

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Empowering our teachers to be lifelong learners and masters of their craft.

  • ATHLETICS: Providing the coaching, equipment, and facilities that build character and

  • resilience.

  • THE ARTS: Sustaining the creative spaces where our students find their voices and

  • express their vision.

  • EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING: Bringing education to life through hands-on discovery and off-campus exploration.

Building Our Future: The Endowment

Funds raised at the Technicolor Gala beyond our annual operating needs may be designated to the school’s Endowment.

Why an Endowment Matters

While annual giving meets our needs today, the endowment secures our tomorrow. It is a permanent investment that provides:

  • Long-term Stability: Ensuring the school can weather economic shifts.

  • Sustainable Growth: Providing a consistent source of income for generations.

  • Legacy: Guaranteeing that the mission of this school remains vibrant and accessible into the future.

Thank You

We are so grateful to all the participants in both Technicolor Gala and the Student Art Exhibition Night. Both were amazing evenings of community and support. We are also very grateful to the hundreds of auction donors, Community and Event Partners, and the scores of committed volunteers who helped make both events a success.

A very special thanks and congratulations to Elizabeth Flynn ’88, Auction Chair, and the outstanding leadership committee for their work all year to make both events nights to remember!

Thank you, Elizabeth!

"This isn't just an auction—it's a celebration of everything that makes CDS shine!" —Elizabeth Flynn ’88
