Ten Carolina Day School students recognized in WNC Regional Scholastic Art Awards
Congratulations to the following CDS students for being recognized in the WNC Regional Scholastic Art Awards, sponsored by The Asheville Art Museum with the assistance of its volunteer docents and with support from the Asheville Area Section of the American Institute of Architects. Students in grades 7–12 from all across our region submit work for this special juried competition.

A selection of artwork receiving regional awards will be on view in the lobby of the Mission Health/A-B Tech Conference Center February 4–March 12, 2019. All regional award recipients will be honored at a ceremony on Sunday, February 17 at 1:30 p.m. at the Mission Health/A-B Tech Conference Center with a reception immediately following.
Regional Gold Key recipients’ work will be sent to the National Scholastic Art competition hosted by the Alliance for Young Artists & Writers.
