International Upper School Students Share Chinese Culture

International CDS students connect cultures across divisions. Upper School students from China visited Kindergarteners today to share their culture and customs during the Chinese New Year. They talked about Zodiac signs, showed how to write words in Chinese characters, and sang “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” in Mandarin. The intrigued kindergartners asked the Upper School students questions about Chinese culture and their transition to CDS. It was great way for Upper School students to mentor Lower School students.
