Forty seventh grade visual art students created 1,000 drawings for a metamorphosis animation project. Every student drew a spirit animal and picked another student’s animal to morph into their own. They had to do this in at least 18 drawings and no more than 40. Every drawing was then scanned onto the class computer and made into this animation. It was all inspired by the street artist known as BLU. The project was spearheaded by art teacher member Mike Congleton.
