Our libraries support curriculum in all four divisions by encouraging reading and promoting research to direct the curiosity of inquisitive learners. More than 20,000 titles are available to students and parents via the web-based catalogue, along with a variety of electronic databases, print periodicals, DVDs and other audio resources.

Lower School Library

Lower school students are welcome to independently visit the library throughout the school day with teacher permission. Weekly library visits include:
  • Active listening during picture book reading
  • Interactive storytelling, fingerplays, and songs
  • Literature selections that reinforce classroom curriculum
  • Independently selecting books to borrow and responsibly return

Middle School Library

Middle School students are offered authentic learning opportunities to develop information literacy skills. Students have an option to participate in separate clubs during their lunch period every other week.

Upper School Library

Through numerous class sessions in the Upper School library, students are taught to use databases and reference sources to best explore topics in specific disciplines for research papers and projects.
