At registration, a payment plan option will be available to automatically pay the remaining balance in two installments (March 1 and May 31) to the credit card on file.

Registration Changes

For any changes to an active registration, there is a $25 fee that will be charged to your credit card on file.

Cancellations

As described in our Behavior Protocols, we have high expectations for our campers. No refunds will be made in case of dismissal. Please see our policies and strategies for promoting supportive and respectful behaviors.

If a camper is currently enrolled and does not participate in their enrolled session, participants are financially responsible for the full tuition amount. There are no refunds for withdrawal after May 1. If a camp must be canceled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be provided, or you can switch to another camp.

Refunds

An $85 tuition deposit is due at time of registration.  If you wish to cancel your registration, please refer to the refund schedule below:

  • Prior to March 1: fully refundable, less $50 administration fee.
  • March 1–April 15: 50% refundable, less $50 administration fee.
  • After April 15: There is no refund.

REGISTRATION

Register online (see session registration links on this page). Spaces cannot be held without receipt of camp fee. Camp sessions fill quickly, so early registration is highly recommended. Maximum enrollment of camp sessions is determined by age group. Once an age group meets capacity, a wait list will be started.

ELIGIBILITY

Camp Bell is a co-ed day camp for elementary-age children. The grade level is determined by the grade the camper will be entering in for the fall of 2019. Eligible campers for rising Pre-K must be four years of age by May 1, 2019. All campers must be able to be on their best behavior, care for themselves without assistance, and use the restroom independently.

CHANGES TO PROGRAM

Due to the possibility of changes in teachers’ availability and enrollment levels, we reserve the right to make changes in the schedule when necessary. We will inform you of any changes before the program begins.

CAMPER CONDUCT

Carolina Day School Summer Programs reserves the right to dismiss, without a refund, any camper whose conduct we deem to be unsafe or inappropriate.

GENERAL POLICY

Camp Bell does not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected under the law.
