Key Learning Center

Key Learning Center (KLC) in Asheville, NC is an independent nonprofit organization that serves as an internationally-accredited resource for educators, students, and parents in the field of Orton-Gillingham multisensory structured language, multisensory mathematics, and language-based learning differences—dyslexia.  The KLC is housed on the campus of Carolina Day School and seeks to serve our local community, the Western North Carolina region, and many states beyond our region.

Quarterly seminars on the Carolina Day campus in Asheville offer continuing professional development and networking opportunities for the community.

Multisensory Math

Multisensory Math courses provide teachers with skills and strategies to apply the O-G principles to teaching math.

Consultation and Onsite Workshops

Customized workshops and onsite consultation is offered as an outreach to schools and educators in the southeast region. Customized support in multisensory teaching strategies in language and in math are our specialty areas. For more information contact Carrie Erb.
