D'Angelo Elliott, a 2019 graduate of Carolina Day School, has signed an NJCAA grant-in-aid to play college basketball at Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) in Greensboro.
The NCISAA Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Association (NCISAATFCCCA) announced the recipients of the 2019 Track and Field Athletes of the Year and Coaches of the Year Awards. Lee Langstaff '20 is the recipient of the Track and Field Athlete of the Year Award in the 3A classification.

Carolina Day School defeated Hickory Grove Christian Academy 2-1 on Tuesday in the NCISAA 3A semifinals to advance to the girls soccer team's first championship game since 2004.
