Don't forget to complete and submit all required athletic forms—they must be uploaded electronically to the Magnus Health Portal (paper forms are not accepted). Per NCISAA protocol, every student-athlete must have a current Sports Physical on file before participating in any CDS athletic practices, training sessions, or competitions. View the link above for more information on requirements and sports medicine.

If you have any questions after reading through all of the information, please email athletics@carolinday.org and we will be happy to help.

Registration

  • For ABYSA soccer (grades PK–5), use this link: ABYSA Fall Registration (PreK - 5th grade)
  • For all other sports, register using TeamSnap: 2025-26 CDS Athletics Registration (5th-12th grade)
Note: To register using TeamSnap, first you will be asked to create a new participant for each individual, then follow along as you will need to sign off on some important waivers. You do not have to use your Carolina Day School email to register. However, make sure to enter an email address that you check regularly, as updates from coaches will be communicated on TeamSnap. This step is crucial as most of us use our mobile devices to check game and practice information. It is also important to note that an invite must be accepted from TeamSnap via email before you can begin to receive any information on this platform.
