Get to know Caitlin Taylor:
How would you describe yourself and your approach to your job?
"I approach everything through a lens of learning. I believe in lifelong apprenticeship. Everyone, no matter their age, background, or education, has something to teach me. This is the same philosophy that drew me to CDS. The stories I tell, no matter the medium, begin with me asking myself two questions: What can I learn from the person standing in front of me? And how can I share that lesson with the world?"
Do you have a favorite quote that describes your feelings and approach to work, family, and life?
"Be soft. Do not let the world make you hard. Do not let the pain make you hate. Do not let the bitterness steal your sweetness. Take pride that even though the rest of the world may disagree, you still believe it to be a beautiful place." —Iain S. Thomas
