Jessica Roberts is the Lower & Middle School Assistant Principal of Teaching and Learning and joined Carolina Day School in 2021. She has an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a Masters of Arts in Teacher Leadership from Mt. Holyoke College. She received her National Board for Professional Teaching certification in 2010. Jessica has been an educator for 20 years. She has served as a classroom teacher in kindergarten through 2nd grades and most recently, she served as the Curriculum Coordinator at Francine Delany New School in Asheville. Jessica is the proud parent of two teenage girls, one of whom is enrolled at Carolina Day. She is excited to be a part of the CDS community where she can continue her passion in facilitating strong teams and creating a culture of trust and collaboration where we learn and grow together.
