Meredith Daniels is the Director of Admission and Enrollment Management and has been at Carolina Day School since 2011. Her husband, Sam Daniels was class of 2001, and he attended CDS Pre-K through 12th grade. Prior to her work in the Admission Office, she was the Key School administrative assistant. She is the parent of two Carolina Day School students.

What do you like most about your job at CDS? 
“I love connecting with parents and students and sharing my Wildcat spirit with others! Being away from the classroom gives me a different perspective, and it’s fun to get to know families on a personal level.”
 
In your opinion, how does the CDS community inspire students to be courageous and curious, wonder about things that they don’t understand, try new things, and develop individual passions? 
“The faculty at CDS does an amazing job of creating a safe space for students. This safe space allows students to feel comfortable to be themselves and therefore willing to engage in classroom discussions and activities. With this safe space, students also feel empowered and excited about their learning.” 
 
How would you describe yourself and/or your approach to your job in 10 words or less? 
“I love helping people.”
 
What personal passion brings balance to your life? 
“Cooking, baking, and photography.”
